Cancellation Policy (not applicable to Guests) *

Registration can be cancelled at any time and all personal data associated with the registration will be removed from all conference databases and mailing lists. Cancellations can be requested in written to asms2025-registration@cttc.cat attaching copy of the invoice and confirmation email. Registration fees can be refunded (less 200 € of handling fee) only if requested until February 15, 2025 @ 23:59 CET. After this date, the registration fee will not be refunded, except in case of duly documented governmental travel restriction (e.g. visa denial). The organization reserves the rights to cancel or substantially modify the conference program due to unforeseen circumstances not under its control and limits its liability to registration fee refunds only.
